Default GPU drivers buffer up to 3 frames in advance to smooth out choppy framerates on low-end hardware. For high-refresh competitive players, this introduces 15ms–40ms of unnecessary input lag. Our configuration forces the GPU into immediate execution mode and eliminates frame delivery queues.

G-SYNC / FreeSync: ON
Enables variable refresh rate (VRR). Synchronizes your monitor refresh cycles directly with GPU scan-out, eradicating micro-stutter.
NCP V-Sync: ON (In Driver)
Keep in-game V-Sync OFF, but enable V-Sync inside NVIDIA Control Panel. This compensates for frame time variances that momentarily breach the top of the VRR window.
